North Reading Youth Basketball is sponsoring its
17th annual summer basketball camp.

One-week summer basketball camp for boys who will be entering grades 1-4 in the fall of 2008. The camp will run on June 23 - June 27 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Batchelder School gym. The cost is $60.00 and the fee includes a camp t-shirt. Junior-size basketballs and 8 1/2 foot baskets will be used. Registration is limited and is on a first-come-first-served basis.

I authorize North Reading Youth Basketball to act for me in any emergency requiring medical attention. I understand that I am responsible for all hospital, laboratory, and doctor's fees.
