North Reading Youth Basketball is sponsoring its 20th annual summer basketball camp.

One-week summer basketball camp for boys who will be entering grades 2-4 in the fall of 2011. The camp will run on June 20 - June 24 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Batchelder School gym. The cost is $65.00 and the fee includes a camp t-shirt. Junior-size basketballs and 8 1/2 foot baskets will be used. Registration is limited by grade and is on a first-come-first-served basis. I authorize North Reading Youth Basketball to act for me in any emergency requiring medical attention. I understand that I am responsible for all hospital, laboratory, and doctor's fees. My child is physically fit to participate in vigorous physical activity and I further understand that neither the North Reading School Department, North Reading Youth Basketball, nor anyone associated with the basketball camp will be held responsible for any accident or illness.
