Here, the board deliberates on Bob R.'s proposal to erect a special fieldhouse to be used exclusively by cheerleaders. This would allow the cheerleading program to consolidate their practice times and venues and thus free up gym time for the basketball program. Bob has recommended a site in Minsk, Belarus.
